Come and
experience the warmth and friendliness of our reiki classes here on the beautiful north coast in Cornwall (see
above), 15 minutes from Truro, 75 minutes from Plymouth by car, 5 hours
straight train journey from Paddington.
Our
classes are always maximum 6 people to ensure quality attention and
you'll learn all you need to know to begin healing yourself and others and most importantly connect you to the energy, enabling you to channel reiki for yourself!
For all levels, certificates, manuals and continued post-workshop support is included to guide you on your healing path. You will also be invited to join our reiki sharing days which are either a day at the weekend or an evening, to get together with like-minded people who also practice reiki, to share ideas, healing, food and fun - a great way to learn from others.
Why learn

Learning reiki
can bring you a multitude of benefits:
- Whilst
giving a reiki treatment, you also receive a treatment, so
everyone benefits!
- Reiki
treatments do not use your own personal energy and so, unlike some
other forms of healing, you will not feel drained after giving a
treatment, on the contrary often invigorated.
- You
will have an amazing healing tool available at your fingertips
24/7, on hand to help yourself or others in times of need whether
its for your back pain, your child's bruised knee, your pets upset
tummy, your grandma's leg ulcer, your friend feeling stressed out,
your wilting plant, your takeaway food (the energy not only
'heals' but is like sending pure love and so 'blesses' things
removing negative energy), a cranky lock on your car, send it over
distance to a relative in hospital, the road traffic on a journey
you are about to take, a 'situation' like moving
house...possibilities are endless!
- Make
extra use of time spent watching films or the TV by putting your
hands on yourself and give yourself reiki - what a way to spend a
couple of hours! (Also useful for dreary meetings!).
- Everyone
who continues to use reiki enjoys the subtle positive changes
reiki brings to their life as it ekes out things blocking their
energy on their way to balance.
- Most
people enjoy enhanced 'extra sensory' perception, whether sensing
colours, energy or information.
- Most
of all, enjoy the peace and love reiki brings to your life as you
connect with this remarkable energy.
- Once you have
completed at least level I training you can attend our reiki share
days. They are usually on a Saturday from 12.30pm til 5pm. We all
bring some lunch to share and we give and receive healing, chat,
swap experiences and do a meditation or a visualisation. Its a great
chance to mingle with like minded people and have a lovely
afternoon.
REIKI
LEVEL 1
This is a weekend workshop covering the history of reiki, what it is and its myriad of uses, attunements which connect you to the energy, hand positions for healing yourself and others, procedure for conducting a full treatment & things to think about including any
contradindications, 'cleansing' and protecting yourself, self-help
techniques to maintain balance and ease and our 'Igniting the Flame'
guided visualisation. Our teaching comes from a marriage of western and eastern approaches and, unusually, includes some techniques from Traditional Japanese Reiki, including Dr Usui's original
Ghasso meditation.
CLASSES ARE EVERY MONTH
Can't make weekends? Classes can be arranged outside weekends by individual arrangement. Call us for a chat about it.

REIKI
LEVEL II
A weekend workshop to be taken after reiki I training, leaving around 3 months between them or whatever feels comfortable for you.
You'll receive attunements to 3 different symbols for use in specific
healing and learn the numerous different ways in which they can be used.
The 'power' symbol strengthens the energy when it is feel this is needed, the
'mental and emotional' symbol for use with these types of
problems, relationship issues, addictions, and the 'distant' symbol to heal from afar, including past, future & situational healing. You also learn about how you can use symbols in areas of your life other than healing, such as to empower projects, help towards goals, protection, cleansing and blessing. Additional methods taught are scanning the body, working with
localised congestion in the energy field and chakra work.

REIKI
MASTER/TEACHER LEVELS
Two levels available.
The Master
level is for those wishing to further their reiki practice but may not
want to teach. It involves Tibetan symbols in addition to the Usui
Master Symbol, numerous advanced healing techniques, energy techniques,
& meditations for light raising.
Students who have taken Master
training can undertake the teaching element of the Master/Teacher
course.
Master/Teacher level is for those who have a genuine desire to share this
beautiful healing art with others. This is a very responsible position
and I treat it with the utmost respect. I expect this attitude of
students in order to maintain the integrity and professional standards.
This
is a one-to-one training as it is intuitively put together for that
individual. It involves elements of the Master Training along with practicalities of how to hold classes, what to include, effective
teaching methods and maintaining professional standards.
This course is for people dedicated to reiki who feel they are able to
take responsibility and hold safety of potential students.
Costs:
Master level: £250
Master/Teacher level: £350
Teaching elements only for those at Master level:
£100
